The object of the present article is to announce to the national and international scientific community the completion of the translation into Spanish and publication of the only surviving medical treatise written by a Castilian Jewish physician, probably from Toledo, in the first third of the fourteenth century. The translation is accompanied by notes and indices prepared in collaboration with Dr. Pedro Gil of the University of La Laguna. This work is of special importance in the history of Spanish medicine in the lower Middle Ages. It was written in Arabic under the title Kiţāb al-ţibb al-qašţālī al-malūkī (Royal Castilian Book of Medicine).
