This paper concentrates in analyzing the main debates and decisions assumed by Deputies in the Spanish Cortes during the Trienio Liberal. The contributions to these debates by some no wellknown Spanish physicians as Dr. Antonio García y García and José Francisco Pedrálvez are stressed. A review of contributions by Dr. Mateo Seoane is also presented.
